If you find our items from us not to be up to standard or you have just changed your mind, please let us know as soon as we can to resolve it.
If your items are faulty and have been with you for less than 30 days you have the option for a refund or replacement*. If you want to return an item after 30 days due to fault please get in touch.
We offer you 14 days to return your order (full or part) if you change your mind for a full refund**.
Please note: Personalised items cannot be returned, if found to be faulty they can be replaced or value can only be credited.
