Returns Policy

If you find our items from us not to be up to standard or you have just changed your mind, please let us know as soon as we can to resolve it.
If your items are faulty and have been with you for less than 30 days you have the option for a refund or replacement*. If you want to return an item after 30 days due to fault please get in touch.
We offer you 14 days to return your order (full or part) if you change your mind for a full refund*.

PLEASE NOTE

Personalised items cannot be returned, if found to be faulty they can be replaced or value can only be credited.

*You do not have any legal rights if it found that the items you require a refund/replacement for have been misused or damaged, accidental or otherwise. If you have attempted to repair the fault or if you bought the good at a reduced rate due to the fault/damage knowingly.
*Full refund will only be given if they are returned in a resalable state including all accessories/packaging. If you return your items and they are found to be worn/used or the value of them has diminished we will notify you and your refund will be deducted accordingly.
